I have tried the flowplayer, but it only supports flv and the converters to convert files (avi, mpeg etc) are still in their infancy. ffmpeg is really buggy, so I am looking for alternatives. Thanks!

I want that I can play RealMedia files without installing any software. Media Player Classic does not work. I want a portable player software which have the built in RealMedia codec.
