How to download a video off a flash video player online?

I need to download this video that I found on-line, so I would be able to watch it in .avi format. Is there any way to do this? You can find the video here:

Download streaming videos with Ant and watch the videos with in its own integrated player. If you want to make them in avi format, you can convert the saved videos with any converter you will find on the web.
